2 NIC Cards

I want to tie and exsisting peer to peer network that utilizes RG cable to my network that utlizes Standard Cat 5. I put a second NIC in the main computer of the network I am attempting to tie into. However, when this done, it disables the original NIC.

Any ideas on how to make both cards work and share would be greatly apreciated.
