2 of 3 computers can see the 3rd, but no

I have a small network, two computers on Win2K, one lapton on Win98. The laptop can see both Win2k computers, both Win2k computers can see the laptop, but they can’t see each other. This is a Workgroup, the IP addresses are all 169.254 addressses. Any ideas? When I go to run command & type \\computername, I get “Network path can’t be found”
