2000 spec

We are about to start shipping Windows 2000 by the end of this year, at the moment we are trying to figure out whst would be the best baseline spec for the following systems,

Win 2000 Server with SQL 2000
Win 2000 Pro With MSDE

At the moment we are thinking of shipping Workstations with Celeron 400Mhz And 64MB RAM
Servers with PIII 500Mhz and 128MB RAM, I would like any feed back about the above, I’m sure that I have got the prossesers about right, but I am unsure about the amount of RAM.
(I do know the MS spec, I mean in the real world spec)
