3 Printers?

I am not sure how to go about this exactly.
I am asked to configure a system to use a local HP LaserJet printer, a network HP printer, as well as a Thermal Ticket printer. The Ticket printer must use LPT1 and only is in use for a specific application. I have placed a parallel printer interface card in the machine with the port set via a jumper to LPT2@0278h. The interrupt for this paralled port is IRQ5.There appears to be no conflicts on any of the ports.The ticket printer and network printer work fine, however I can not get the local printer to work while connected to the network. (It appears to work while not connected to the network.) Do I need to make changes to the system login script? Any suggestions?
