3dlabs wildcat agp/pci card

I have a compaq sp750 server, with an 3dlabs wildcat 4210 viedo card that takes up an agp and a pci slot on the mother board. when i boot up when the video driver loads the monitor “sleeps”. however, the pc still runs. I have updated the drivers, flashed the bios. checked all wires, power and all of the obvious stuff …. any suggestions ?
