482 printer error

Anybody know what causes the ‘482 printer error’ on Windows 2000 pro and how to fix it. Our application is written in VB6 and randomly our client gets this error. Our application prints to the default printer, this could be a local printer or a network printer on a Windows 2000 server.

As usual we cannot create this problem ourselves and our client cannot ‘make it happen’ when we are on site.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
