802.11b knowledge

I manage 60+ wireless PCs and my director who handled the server side of this has left the company. This leaves me handling the ball. Can anyone provide me with the name(s) of books/manuals that cover 802.11b? I have a degree in networking and am a MCP, so techie print is fine. Thanks for any info you can provide.
