9.1 Harddrive shows 1.9

Setting up a IBM Intellistation M Pro running 2 550’s with win 98se. Hard drives are SCSI drive C and drive D and they both show 1.9 gig. I Flashed the BIOS and that did’t help. Am i missing something or are they realy 1.9’s. Also having trouble finding drivers for the video card it is a Diamond Multimedia Fire GL1 AGP need drivers that will work on win 98 HELP!!!!!! and have a nice day
