95 work stations and 2000 proworkstation

I have a director who upgrades every time something new comes out. But I dont have time to learn it all! He was running NT 4.0 and did a compleatly new install of WIN2000 PRO. A few other WIN95 computer access his computer to exchage files with NT. But now only NT computers can see his files, and 95 computers can see his computer but not his files. These are on a shared folder. He is not using NTFS and there is no special sharing going on. The only problem I had was getting him on the network.
