A DELL PASSWORD NEEDED

I HAVE A DELL LAPTOP PC AND I FORGOT MY PASSWORD.AND U HAVE 2 HAVE THE PASSWORD IN ORDER 4 THE PC TO BOOT UP DOES ANYONE NO THE MANUFACTORS PASSWORD??
