A Fatal Exception

My computer is giving me this error—-Afatal exception OD has occurred at 0028:c00152FBin VxD VMM (01)+ 00142FB. The current application will be terminated. Then i hit enter & i get this. An exception OD has occurred at 0028:c0014DC8 in V+D—. This was called from 0028:c0015B15 in V+D—. It may be possible to continuenormally, but i can’t.
