a folder actually named ROGUEAPP

I (and we) have searched seemingly everywhere for this answer… in everywhere from the start menu to the registry to a text search to checking dll dates+sizes to no avail.
Every time a computer (W98) boots up a new directory+subd is created at c:\Program files\iss\rogueapp

These 2 folders never have anything in them (yet?) and we can’t find what is putting them there, or why. Can’t find anything anywhere about this. Any ideas, anyone! Please!
