A General Protect Fault

Norton WinFaxPro v.10 in the program setting, when you select the “User Setup” to enter your home fax number, you get an error message “A General Protect Fault / Execption has occurred” and completely shuts down the program. I have tried to reinstall the application and I get the same error message. 2) In the Add/Remove programs I check off to add windows own fax program and then reinstall WinFaxPro again and when it ask me for my personal information including my home fax number which I will be using, I still get the same error message as before.
