A good backup software for NtServer 4.0

I’m looking for a good backup software for a server with NTServer 4.0.
Nt backup damaged me my Exchange Db and i’m not sure using it.
Now I use TapeWare Yosemite but I hate it: it’s too slow, very slow bit rate, recover is not simple because it use a strange way to number the tapes…
Can anyone suggest something better?
