A Major Hard Drive Problem, Can Someone Help Me Out

by gutrectomy . Updated 18 years, 8 months ago

This seems like a really decent forum for help so i joined up to give it a shot. I hope you professionals can help me cause this is sure one hell of a problem ive got.

Well like most people my hard drive is strangely dissapearing from my hard drive. but differently from them I have tried every resource in the book and still this is not stopping for me.

well first i’ll give yous my computer and system details. I have a Packard Bell computer with Windows Vista, My HDD is 141GB and my RAM is 768MB.

right now i have about 123GB although this is mostly used from the space that has been taken for some strange reason.

and of course I may be saying this too soon but better sooner than later before my hard drive eventually loses all its capacity.

Well now for the gory details. Well first i looked about the forums on google to see if i could find an answer. Ive tried everything from disabling my system restore, scanning for viruses which was clean, disabled my indexing, compressed my hard drive, looked throughly through my registry, used CCleaner and used disk cleanup. Praticly everything lol.

Like I said if none of these can sort this out this must be a major problem ive got here and i really need some professional help with this. and please keep in mind i know my way round computers but im not completely professional with them.

anyways if someone could help me asap i would be greatful. thnx alot
