A55 Load Error

I have a A55, I rebooted once with Recovery disk. After the evening spent putting all my backup onto the drive. It suddenly failed, wouldn’t reboot, would come up into a DOS looking window, with the entry “Load Error…Push any key to reboot…” push any key and nothing happens. Plz Help!
