Able to ping from but not to

I have a PC that is getting its IP address from a Novell DHCP server. This PC can ping all other PC’s, servers, etc. The loopback test works fine. However, this PC cannot be pinged from any other workstation. They are all on the same subnet and all other PC’s can be pinged. This is a laptop that has been using the nic in the docking station so I switched it to use the nic in the laptop. The IP addresses change but they are still not pingable. HELP!!!
