About Boot Sector Virus

Hi,
I hv win98 installed on my pc.But Eek boot sector affected my system.I cleaned this boot sector virus with norton antivirus.But when i boot my system it don’t boot.Then i boot my system with bootable floppy then it shows no partition defined.Then i make my harddisk as a secondary harddisk then it shows the partition.I want to know how i restore my partition back.
I would appreciate if someone provide me the solution for it.
