About Domain Name Change.

Hi,
I have w2k adv. server with active dir. installed.My domain name is server.network.com
I want to change my domain name to w2kserver.company.com without uninstalling active directory.Second in win 98 there is a utility which shows which programrun when windows start that is msconfig.In windows 2000 I want to see when windows 2000 starts which programs run so that i can remove it.
