About Visual Interdev

Hi,
I am using Windows 2000 Advanced Server with IIS 5.0.I installed Visual Interdev 6.0 my IIS is working fine but when i try connect with my web server on visual interdev it gives me error that can’t connect with web server.I am using loopback adaptor and my ip is 192.168.100.1 subnet mask is :255.255.255.0. i also tried on NIC card but the error is same.
