About Windows 98 Networking

Hi,
I have three systems with win98 installed.I connected my two systems with rj-45 cable,but there is not hub in between,now i want to connect my third system with them,but i don’t want to do hub between them.I installed two NIC cards on my first win98 system but it’s not working.I also want that my both clients could not see each other they can only access data,printers,internet from first system.

I would appreciate if someone give me the solution for it.
