About Windows 98 Networking

Hi,
I have 10 windows 98 system configured on tcp/ip.I am using class c ip address and range is from 192.168.100.1 to 192.168.100.10.But i am facing some problem i can’t access one system.It displays the computer name but when i try to access it gives me invalid sharename or computer name.
I checked the cable and all network settings but still problem is same.How to solve it.
