about XP

How I can connect remotly to my computer without using any software (eg: VNC, GOTOMYPC, PC ANYWHERE, etc).

Parameter of my components:

LAN 1
– gateaway – 192.168.12.1
– subnet mask – 255.255.255.0
– ip (eg)- 192.168.12.24
– dns – 195.8.1.51

LAN 2
– gateaway – 192.168.253.1
– subnet mask – 255.255.255.0
– ip (eg)- 192.168.253.13
– dns – 195.8.1.51
