Access 2000 on terminal server

I’ve tried to install the full release of Access 2000 on NT4 terminal server and have found I need Termsrvr.mst from the Office resource kit, Simple I thought, download it from Microsoft the document says, I’ve found the access run time mst file “termsrvr_art.mst” but no “Termsrvr.mst”
A simple job I thought, help me out some one please.
