Access 2000 quits after OfficeXP install

I had Office 2000 Premium edition on my system. I upgraded to Office XP standard (does not include Access) Now when I try to use Access 2000, is quits before it starts. Does anybody know a fix for this? I have been unable to find a solution ANYWHERE.
