Access 97 Logo

WANT TO REMOVE THE ACCESS LOGO IN BOOT
My question is that I have developed a few Inventory databases project in Access 97 but i Dont like to have an Access 97 Logo in the begining, I want to remove the Access 97 Logo in the booting of access of mdb files
