Access 97 on Win2k?

Is it possible to install Access 97 on Window 2000 Pro? Also, does it work okay?

I just got a new computer with W2K. But my office has only Access 97 program. I need to complete a task. It’s kind of urgent. I offer 608 points for the satisfying answer. Thanks for your help in advance.
