Access 97 Splash Screen Problem

I’m trying to set-up a splash screen for an Access 97 database. Everything works on it except that the form doesn’t display.

The title bar for the splash form displays, but the form is empty. It looks fine if I just view it inside the databse, but when I autoexec it at start-up, it’s empty.

Any ideas????
