“Access denied, unable to connect” error

After installing a shared printer by typing \\computername\printer, the status of the printer says “Access denied, unable to connect.” Both machines are Win2K and are in the same workgroup. The restrictanonymous registry key fix did not work. Anysuggestions would be appreciated.
