Access Failure

I’ve got WIN2K server installed with 128 MB of RAM. It loads, shut down properly even the program execution is proper. However, whenever I try to click on My computer/ Recyclebin icons on the desktop – it gives
an error which reads as: ” THE INSTRUCTION AT ‘0x01142A00 REFERENCE MEMORY AT
0x01142A00. THE MEMORY COULD NOT BE READ”.
