Access NT machine after dialup from Lan

After dialup from NT Machine-A to NT Machine-B, I can not ping NT macine-A from Lan’s PC even the connectivtiy between NT machines is there.
Should I have to define the gateway for dialup as well as LAN seperatly so that NT-Machine can be accessed after dialup from LAN user.
Please reply as soon as possible.
