Access Runtime

I have and application that uses the Access runtime to generate reports. My problem is on a workstation running Win2k with multiple users, I install the application and the runtime, the runtime will only work for the profile that I installed it under. Do I have to install the runtime for every profile (the application works fine for everyone), or is there something I can do to make it work for everyone?
