Access to Logon server has been denied??

We’re running NT Server 2K, adding 2 identical Win 95 workstations. One is up & running on the network. The other returns the message “The domain password you supplied is not correct, or access to your logon server has been denied.” 100% confident domain password is correct. Also tried server admin account. I can ping other machines from this one, ping this one from others, I can ping yahoo. I see this machine and all files from other machines on the network. Logon to Win NT domain box is checked, and correct domain is entered.
