Access violation error message

The problem is if I log in to workstation under admin I can not start outlook I get error message “Can not start outlook”. If I log in under user1, I can not start IE, as soon as I start ie its coming up with error message Dr. Watson” access violation” and it shuts it down, and the same problem is going on with user2 she can not start IE and Outlook Express because of access violation. But if I create new user, I can log in to the workstation and everything is working.
Any suggestions.
