Access windowed DOS app. over internet

Hello,

I have a DOS application running under Windows 95,98, NT, 2000. I would like to access to this application over the internet. I have tried VNC… I would like to run this application. I have tried also the telnet, but under Win9x is not a telnet server available. Any idea how to solve this problem?
