Access97 and Windows NT4

I have a database in Access97 that creates a Mailmerge document in Word, saves it, then attaches it to an Outlook Message and displays it for customizing before sending. It works fine on 3 PCs with Win95, but not on a PC with WinNT4. The customizing is not saved and the original document is sent. Is this an NT problem?
