Accessing data from outside my domain

I have written ASP and JAVA scripts for pages to be run OUTSIDE of my domain. These scripts need to call files in data folders INSIDE my domain. IIS is running the pages that make the calls. How do i script it to point through my firewall to the data folders on a server inside?
