Accessing Exchange through Wireless

by rabbit_runner . Updated 23 years, 1 month ago

There is a thread in the Network Management with a question that they cannot access the exchange server through a wireless network. I also, am experiencing this problem. My temporary work-around has been to use Outlook with a POP3 connection. This works, but does not solve the initial problem of being able to connect Outlook using the Microsoft Exchange Server connetion. Here is the link to the other thread.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and has anyone found a solution.

I am supporting a small network which is Win2k with AD. Two DC’s, one which is running Exchange 5.5. All workstations on this network can access Exchange just fine. These are Windows 2000 Pro and XP. There is a laptop, running XP and its connection is via a WiFi using 54g. All network network programs, utilities, files, etc are available with this laptop. But it CANNOT connect via the Exchange connection.

Any Ideas would be very helpful.
