Accessing files on a unformatted drive

I somehow deleted a primary partition and I’m looking for a way to access this data.

The partition was NTFS and is presently unformatted.

I’m running windows XP pro on a pIII 1Ghz 512 MB RAM and the problematic drive is 60 gig.
