Accessing files “outside”

I have 40+ PDF files that I need to access from 4 different locations. The files are “private” information and cant afford others to get the info so Im hesitant on uploading them to our website and have the files just password protected. Do I have any other options that would make these files easily accessible for people in the company at any given time?
