ACCESSING NETWORK THROUGH DOS

Is there any free utility DOS programs I can use to copy files from another computer using the LAN card? I want to be able to copy a file without the need to have Windows Installed…I usually used FX for laplink cable connection…but that is done through the serial or parallel port…
