Accessing OWA in Exchange 2000

The default URL for the outlook web client in Exchange 2000 is www.mydomain.com/exchange. I would like to change it to www.mail.mydomain.com. How do I go about doing this? I know it involves change the DNS record but what change would I need to makein IIS?
