I had two personal computers that I used. One for gaming and one for production. But recently my production PC’s XP installation has taken a nose dive.
I honestly don’t really care about the production PC as I’ll be gutting it and beefing up my game machine with the parts =)
But, I would like to be able to grab my personal profile information from the hard drive. I installed the drive in an external USB drive bay and am now booted into the gaming rig. I’m able to view most non-protected files from the production machine drive as if it were just a storage drive. However, I’m not able to access my Documents and Settings personal profile directory. I know the username/password for the profile.
Using the current setup, is there a way for me to access my profile information?
