ACCIDENTAL FORMAT OF FIXED DISK

Help! I inadvertantly formatted my c: drive on my toshiba Libretto 110CT. When I try and boot up from the PCMCIA floppy I keep getting the error “Invalid system disk. Replace the disk and press any key”

Any suggestions on what I should do next??
