Accounting and MCSA Training

My two year college is considering offering an Information Systems Associates degree that is geared toward training accounting clerks with Microsoft Certified System Administrator training. The idea is that they can keep the books for a small company and kept their networking running. What do you think? Would a company with 50 of less than employees hire such a person?
