ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering

Hi!

I am trying to install a USB controller card with aan Opti firelink chip and receive the following error when installing through Win?98?

“ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering” Problem Device Entry in System Information tool error code 31

Can someone please assist me on how to resolve this conflict or who to talk to who might assist..
