Act2000 loosing connection to W2K Svr.

Any one have an idea as to why after an indetermined amount of time, My ACT session locks up. It seems to be loosing its connection to the Win2k server. I moved the DB to an NT4 machine and the problem has gone away. It happens on various machines and at random intervals. Any ideas?
