Active Directory-integrated DNS Problem

I installed two newer NICs on my domain controller. After doing that, I experienced dynamic dns registration problems. I uninstalled DNS and re-installed it and then selected active directory-integrated zones. The zones will not setup properly. Neither the domain controller nor clients will register themselves. When I use nslookup and nslookup I get the expected response. I am also getting Event ID: 414 in event viewer.
