Active Directory Issues

We are just setting up a network.I installed Active Directory on a Win2k Advanced Server using Terminal Services.After reboot, I cant login cos of a so called Time lag b/w client and Server.
Note:I installed AD on the server from another system, using Terminal Services.Pls I need an answer ASAP.
