Active Directory & Linux

I am running W2K Advanced Server and I recently deployed Active Directory, everything went smooth and is working fine on the Microsoft end ( a 2000 box, 98 box, and 95 box) but my Linux box lost all connectivity to the network and internet I can’t even access the printer with Linux. Is there a work around they don’t want to talk about or is this why alot of companies have not deployed Active Directory?? My Linux version is Mandrake 8.0
